The Municipality of Glyfada, recognizing the need to upgrade its service and communication with citizens, presents the new digital assistant, which has been integrated into the Municipality’s website and is available to residents.

The Digital Assistant of the Municipality of Glyfada is a smart AI chatbot, designed to provide citizens with immediate, accurate, and reliable information in real time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7). Users can formulate their questions in free text and receive instant answers thanks to the platform’s advanced training.

The technology behind the Digital Assistant, based on an AI platform, enables mass communication with citizens, continuous improvement of the assistant’s performance through query training, as well as the extraction of statistical data for the evaluation and enhancement of services. In this way, the experience of citizens interacting with municipal services is significantly improved.

In the first — pilot — phase of the digital assistant’s training, it provides information on announcements, required documents for various administrative procedures, operating hours of institutions, civil protection issues, events, cultural and sports activities, municipal transport timetables, digital certificate searches, cleaning and recycling matters, contact details, and more. In the near future, the digital assistant will also be available on the Municipality of Glyfada’s Facebook page.
