Digital Certificates for Business
In summary, the steps of the new online procedure are as follows:
- You log in to the system using your personal taxisnet codes(Important note: The municipality of Glyfada does not and will never gain access to your personal taxisnet codes. The use of these codes is solely for your identification, which is carried out through an interface provided by the General Secretariat for Information Systems).
- Select the “New Certificate Application” button.
- Select the certificate you are interested in.
- Fill in the necessary fields, where applicable, and attach the relevant documents.
- You select “Send Request”.
Your application is checked by the competent department of the municipality. If it is complete, then your digitally signed certificate is posted in the system and you are informed by email in order to enter in the same way (step 1) and receive it from the “Completed Applications” list.
If any omissions or errors are found in your application, it will be returned to you with an indication of the changes you need to make, without you having to complete the application from scratch. You will again receive an email to correct your application so that you can re-enter the system and correct your application via the “Open Applications” list.
The Municipality of Glyfada, in application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679, informs you that the use of your data will be carried out exclusively for the processing of your application, in the context of fulfilling tasks performed in the public interest and in the exercise of public authority.
