Lina Nikolakopoulou designs and artistically edits the swing, mambo and folk songs of Manolis Chiotis. The innovative Manolis Chiotis, who by his own invention added the fourth string to the previously three-string bouzouki, gave his magic fingers wings and managed to play at high speeds, rhythms and patterns that changed the landscape of the country’s entertainment. Swing, mambo bossanova and other Latin American rhythms mesmerized the patrons at any club he appeared at with his partner the great Mary Linda. In the musical performance we will hear the main stations of Manolis Chiotis’ musical career and evolution. On stage the virtuoso of bouzouki Manolis Karantinis together with Penny Baltatzi, Gerasimos Andreatos and four soloists musicians Christos Theodorou – Piano Orchestrations, Petros Kremizakis – Bass, Dionysis Kokolis – Trumpet, Nikos Skomopoulos – Drums.
