FixMyCity - Citizen Line 15464
FixMyCity is a web application through which it is possible for citizens to submit requests electronically and the simultaneous management of these requests by the respective services of the municipality. The application is fully customizable, has a multitude of user levels and can be adapted to any workflow a municipality has. At the same time, it has numerous reports and an integrated Business Intelligence System to draw qualitative conclusions.
You can submit your request here via the internet. Alternatively, you can download the corresponding app for free from the AppStore or Google Play.
If it is not possible to send your request electronically please contact the Citizen’s Line at 15464.
Submit a request
Select the location of your request on the map or type the address in the “address search” fields on the map. The system will then allow you to select a category and subcategory of request.
Request tracking

Visit this link, enter the name and password you received by email when you submitted your request and check the status of this request.
Smartphone application
Visit the app you have installed on your smart phone, select "request tracking", enter the name and user code you received by email when you submitted your request and check the status of your request.
Telephone
Call the call centre,
give your name and be informed immediately about the progress of your request
