Through this service, you can submit an online application for a Certificate of Permanent Residence.

This new service uses the TAXISnet credentials that each citizen possesses. These credentials are used to log into the system, without requiring any additional user registration or account activation.

The certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 279 of Law 3463/2006 (Government Gazette 114/A/2006), as amended by Article 43 of Law 5027/2023.

In order to apply, you must have:

1. A copy of your latest E1 income tax return

2. Your identity card in digital format (a clear scanned copy or photo)
