Every year, important competitions and championships are held at Glyfada Golf.

The facilities span about 530 acres and include:

Designed by the renowned Scottish course architect D. Harradine, the golf course has undergone two major upgrades: once for the World Amateur Golf Championship in 1979 and again in 1991 for the XI Mediterranean Golf Games.

Considered one of the best golf venues worldwide, its rich flora and challenging fairways attract skilled players. Maintenance is carried out with modern specialized machinery, and the green staff are professional golf greenkeepers.

The golf course also hosts non-sport activities, meeting the modern needs of customers and the Municipal Enterprise. Receptions, banquets, cocktails, conferences, meetings, working lunches, interviews, and many other events can be organized at the premises, blending sport and business.
