Saint Demetrius of Myrbytus on Sunday and in Glyfada our chapel located in the green area of the Golf celebrates. A beautiful, picturesque chapel, founded in 1952, it was renovated two years ago and is a haven of tranquility for the faithful. Each year, it is open during the weekend of the celebration of the Saint’s Grace, as well as when weddings and baptisms are held there.
This year’s programme of the celebration is as follows:
Saturday 25 October:
️6:30 p.m. Great Solemn Vespers with intercession
The faithful may come between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Sunday 26 October:
7:15 a.m.: Orthros – Solemn Divine Liturgy
The faithful can come between the hours of 6:30 in the morning and 12:00 noon, while from 5:00 to 7:00 in the afternoon, the chapel will be open again for those who want to worship the Grace of Saint Demetrios.
