Instead of a ticket, the Municipality of Glyfada collects food and medicines for its social structures
An excellent theatrical performance premiered on Saturday 5/7 at the Municipal Cinema “M.Mercouri” (G. Gennimata and Anat. Romelia 123, Ano Glyfada). The Aristophanic Lysistrata in a masterly performance by the Theatrical Workshop of the Municipality of Glyfada, under the direction of Stavros Giannakopoulos. A wonderful spectacle, which will be repeated today and tomorrow at the same venue, while on Thursday 17 July it will be transferred to the open-air theatre of the G’Marina, as part of the Glyfada Municipality Festival. Opening time for all performances is 8:30 pm and admission is always free for all, residents and visitors of our city. Instead of a ticket, the Municipality of Glyfada collects food and medicine for its social structures.

The responsibility and coordination of the events is the responsibility of the Acting Municipal Councillor for Culture, Georgia Vamvakerou, who, introducing the wonderful cultural evening yesterday, confirmed the undivided interest of the municipal authority for these great initiatives that are developed in our city and have made it a cultural cradle.
