Adult Festival : 26/8 – 24/9 / Kids Festival : 25/8 – 10/9
Eleven great concerts, ten wonderful theatrical performances, five films at the C’ Marina, a feast at the Park of Evriali and, at the same time, children’s theatres, puppet theatres, Karagiozis and children’s films, both entertaining and educational, in the playgrounds and parks of our city! A month full of events !
The second part of the Glyfada Festival starts on Monday 25 August for children and Tuesday 26 August for adults.
“This time of year always has a sweet sadness as we slowly say goodbye to summer.
In Glyfada, however, we are trying to make this transition to everyday life as pleasant as possible!”, stresses the Mayor of Glyfada George Papanikolaou. He adds:
“We invite you to the second part of the Glyfada Festival, which starts on August 25 and ends on September 24.
We did our best this time to cover all preferences and we are waiting for you with a rich programme of events.

In the main venue, the Tuesday Marina, you will have the opportunity to enjoy concerts, theatre performances and film screenings for everyone!
Of course, we have also prepared a special program for our little ones, full of children’s theater, puppet theater, clowns and children’s cinema, in the city’s playgrounds.
The children’s events will end earlier, on 10 September, with the opening of schools.
I thank the team of our Municipality that works for the Festival of our city, as well as the person in charge of our municipal authority, Georgia Vamvakerou, for the coordination.
We remind you that the entrance to all the events of the Festival is free.
Instead of a ticket, we collect food and medicine for the social structures of our municipality.
We are waiting for you to say goodbye to the summer with wonderful evenings full of culture and fun!”

After the end of the concerts and adult theatrical performances at Marina C, two buses of the Municipal Transport are parked at the venue and transport people free of charge to the neighbourhoods of Glyfada, following the following routes:
